​I have been working with animals, mainly dogs and cats for over 50 years.

My journey began with dogs at the age of three when I turned to our German Shepherds for comfort when my mother passed away. I did not talk to anyone apart from my father and the dogs for over a year. The dogs became my friends and confidants. We told each other everything.

My connection with animals has been with me ever since.
